Quality Inn & Suites Bozeman

We have booked double room with clean facilities. The staff were all very helpful, very good service. The location was easy and handy, very close to the airport, the view was particularly nice, too: D

Neat and carpeted units with WiFi, handicap bathroom and new paint new bed new AC new TV.

good breakfast but firm bed

The breakfast offered a satisfying variety with good waffles and pastries it made starting the day enjoyable The location was convenient for our needs allowing easy access to local attractions.

The bed was a little firm which impacted comfort .

It was located conveniently. Looked like it was new.

The price charged was more than the max charged listed in the room for 4 people. We had 2 seniors. Much higher than the last 3 places I stayed in the past two weeks.

The location was marvellous for exploring this fairly nice area, just off 1:35 AM with prolonged horn blowing and Bozeman.

Our room was clean and the beds were fairly comfortable.

So much of the entrance and lobby area was town up for some construction. We should have been notified of construction when booking so we could have made a decision about staying there with all the information.

We inquired about the spa that was advertised in the pool area and we were told that there no longer was one. The woman who helped us got kind of defensive when it came to us bringing up the topic. I think she could've had a better way of stating her point and didn't need to get so defensive.

Comfortable and well located

The mattresses felt like they were due for replacement . We stay at many Fairfields and these felt quite mushy and not even medium firm

I recently stayed here for a short trip to explore the local museums. The room I had was clean and spacious. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. The pancakes were fresh and delicious, and the variety of pastries was impressive. Access to downtown amenities was very convenient.

The room did not have much in the way of furnishings (chairs). The bed linens appeared a bit damp. The instructions for the computer connection were not good at all. There was nothing in the room to advise us of places to eat in Bozeman.

They said pool would be up and running during our 3 day stay!! It never was, don't make for happy kids:(

For being a nonsmoking facility it sure smelled!

Cleanest place we have ever stayed, and we have traveled a lot! The staff was wonderful and the beds were amazing!

Our room was too close to the interstate, we were able to hear traffic noise at times.
